How to delete your data

There are two ways:

• In the app. Open your account settings and choose to delete your account. This removes your account and its data.
• By email. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify your request and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• your profile and account credentials;
• your check-back history and settings;
• your trusted contacts;
• your mobile number and SMS consent record;
• your location history;
• your device and push notification tokens;
• any data we obtained from a third-party sign-in you used.

Deleting your account also stops any future check-back notifications.

How long it takes

We remove your data from active systems promptly, typically within 30 days of a verified request, and purge it from routine backups shortly after. We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, accounting, or security reasons, and we may keep aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you. We also keep a minimal record of do-not-contact choices, such as a STOP reply or an email opt-out, so we can keep honoring them.

Confirmation
